Tera Hertz Gua Sha

1. Activate your lymph nodes
   Gently press under your armpits, along your collarbone, behind your ears, on the sides of your nose and between your eyebrows to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
2. Prep your skin
   Apply a few drops of facial oil or serum to clean, dry skin so your Gua Sha glides smoothly without tugging.
3. Sculpt your face
   Using light pressure, glide the Gua Sha in upward and outward motions. Start along the jawline (chin to ear), move over the cheeks (nose to temple), then across the brow bone and up the forehead.
4. Repeat each stroke
   Perform each movement 5–10 times per side, using slow and steady motions for best results.
5. Pro tip
   For a de-puffing and energising effect, store your Terahertz Gua Sha in the fridge before use.
