Refund policy

We hope you love your Glam Guru products. However, if something is not quite right, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or tested products, including hair wax sticks, brushes, beauty tools, and other personal care items.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

International Orders

We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international returns. These charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds for international orders will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs, duties, or taxes paid.


INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for our customer care team to review your request.


LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Glam Guru is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

We are also not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

While we are unable to guarantee carrier performance or delivery times, we will gladly assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier where appropriate.
