1. General

Glam Guru B.V. sells beauty products for personal use. The current product range consists of the Silky Sculpt Hair Wax Stick, the Sculpt Pen (Creamy Contour Stick), the Mini Boar Bristle Brush, the Terahertz Gua Sha and the Silk Bond Scrunchies. All information on the website glamguru.com and on the packaging is intended solely as general usage guidance and does not replace professional medical, dermatological or pharmaceutical advice.

2. Not a medical product

All Glam Guru products are cosmetic products within the meaning of the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. They are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Cosmetic claims such as sculpt, depuff, lift and tames flyaways describe cosmetic effects only and do not imply any medical or therapeutic action. Descriptions of the Terahertz material's properties are based on generally available product information and have not been assessed as a medical claim by any regulatory authority.

3. Product-specific instructions and safety

3.1 Silky Sculpt Hair Wax Stick

Designed exclusively for external use on hair and the hairline to tame flyaways and style hair. No flakes. No stiffness.

For use on hair and hairline only. Do not apply to the scalp directly, open wounds or broken skin.
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with lukewarm water for at least 15 minutes.
Not intended as a facial or skincare product.
Store in a cool, dry place (max. 25 degrees Celsius).
Review the ingredient list on the packaging if you have known sensitivities to cosmetic ingredients.
Keep out of reach of children under 5 years of age.

3.2 Sculpt Pen - Creamy Contour Stick (Hazelnut / Espresso)

Dual-ended contour pen with creamy formula and built-in sponge tip for seamless blending. Available in Hazelnut (light to medium) and Espresso (medium to deep). Suitable for cheekbones, jawline, nose bridge and lips.

For external use on the face only. Do not apply in or around the eyes unless the product specifically states it is safe to do so.
The sponge tip is a personal applicator: clean regularly with mild soap. Do not share with others.
When using around the lips: avoid applying to cracked or irritated lips.
Contains beeswax: not suitable for persons with a known allergy to bee products.
Contains shea butter (Butyrospermum Parkii): persons with nut allergies should consult a doctor before use.
Contains jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis) and Camellia Japonica seed oil: check for plant-based allergies.
Contains colour pigments CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499, CI 77891.
Remove make-up fully every evening.
Fragrance free. Cruelty free. Not tested on animals.
Keep out of reach of children under 5 years of age.

3.3 Mini Boar Bristle Brush (Pink / Beige / Panther)

Compact hair brush with natural boar bristles for daily styling, available in Pink, Beige and Panther.

Clean the brush at least once a week with mild shampoo and lukewarm water. Remove hair after each use.
Allow to air dry fully with bristles facing down. Do not use a hair dryer directly on the bristles.
A poorly cleaned brush can transfer bacteria to the scalp. If scalp irritation or infection occurs: stop use and consult a doctor.
Contains natural animal bristles (boar). Not suitable for persons with a known allergy to animal keratin.
Keep out of reach of children under 5 years of age.

3.4 Terahertz Gua Sha

Facial massage tool made from Terahertz stone, a man-made synthetic mineral with a naturally cooling feel. Intended to relax facial muscles, support lymphatic drainage and sculpt facial contours.

Use only on a clean, moisturised face with sufficient facial oil or serum applied first. Never use on dry skin.
Apply light pressure only, using upward and outward strokes along the jawline, cheeks and forehead.
Do not use on active acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, open wounds, skin infections or burns.
Do not use if taking blood-thinning medication, if you have a blood clotting disorder, or within 2 weeks of facial surgery, Botox or filler injections without medical clearance.
Do not use during pregnancy on the abdomen or on acupressure points that may stimulate uterine contractions.
Clean the Gua Sha before and after every use with mild soapy water and dry thoroughly.
The stone is fragile: store safely away from hard surfaces.
May be stored in the refrigerator for an additional cooling and depuffing effect.
Terahertz stone is a synthetic, man-made mineral. Claims regarding frequency properties are not medically proven or approved by any regulatory authority.
Keep out of reach of children under 5 years of age.

3.5 Silk Bond Scrunchies

Do not wear if the scrunchie is damaged or overstretched.
If you have a sensitive scalp, monitor for signs of irritation during wear.
Keep out of reach of children under 5 years of age.

4. General safety guidelines

Patch test: Apply a small amount to the inner wrist. Wait 24 hours. Stop if irritation occurs.
Children: Keep all products out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 12 without adult supervision.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
PAO: Do not use after the expiry or Period After Opening date on the packaging. For example 12M means 12 months after opening.
Changed texture or smell: Do not use products with an altered smell, colour or consistency.

5. When to stop use

Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or dermatologist if:

Redness, swelling, itching, burning sensation or rash occurs.
The product has come into contact with the eyes and symptoms persist after rinsing.
You experience symptoms of an allergic reaction such as difficulty breathing or swelling of the lips or throat.
An existing skin condition worsens after use of the product.

6. Regulatory compliance and certification

All cosmetic products by Glam Guru are manufactured in compliance with the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, assessed by a qualified Safety Assessor and notified in the European CPNP portal. The Terahertz Gua Sha is a non-cosmetic accessory and does not fall under the above cosmetics legislation. None of our cosmetic products are tested on animals.

7. Limitation of liability

Glam Guru B.V. is not liable for damage or side effects arising from:

Incorrect or non-compliant use of the products.
Failure to perform a patch test prior to use.
Use in combination with other products or medical treatments.
Use after the expiry or PAO date.
Deliberate exposure to a known allergen ingredient.
Use by persons with a known skin condition or medication use without prior medical advice.

Glam Guru's liability is in all cases limited to the invoice value of the relevant product, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
